NKUSI BASILE, a civil and structural engineer by training regsitred by IER, currently serving as the Managing Director of BN Consult Group the parent consulting group under which BN Engineering Ltd operates as a key subsidiary. With a Master's degree in Water and Sustainable Development from IHE Delft in the Netherlands and a Bachelor's in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, my professional journey has been deeply rooted in water resources, hydraulic infrastructure, and sustainable development. Over the years, I have worked extensively in engineering consulting, infrastructure management, and capacity building, with a consistent focus on solving complex challenges related to water, flood control, and environmental resilience. Beyond technical execution, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and fostering locally driven, high-impact solutions across Rwanda and beyond.
